The Committee

LERN is run by a Committee of volunteers:

Carina Kern- President  (University College London)

Miranda Dyson Vice President. Miranda is a working in the Dementia Research Institute at UCL and about to begin a PhD at the VIB in Leuven, Belgium studying novel ways to detect programmed cell death in neurodegenerative diseases.

Neina Motoki- Secretary  (University College London)

Gino Brignoli- Events Officer.  Gino is studying for a London NERC DTP funded PhD in the department of Genetics, Evolution and Environment at UCL and ZSL Institute of Zoology. His research considers how changes in bird trait diversity and composition alter ecosystem function in human-impacted Afromontane sky islands.

Tim Penny- Treasurer (Queen Mary, University of London)

Sam Morris- Publicity Office (University College London)
